Circuit Room

We have decided to offer the option of a separate membership for our Outdoor Circuit Classes. We have been running outdoor classes since 1997, although up until now, they have mainly been during the summer months. Our outdoor classes will now run all year round and are open to all fitness levels. They are designed to be fun, but challenging with no two workouts being the same.

If you want to target your mid-section, then join in on our abs classes (don't worry they are indoors!!). The class sizes are smaller giving the participant a more personal workout. Members can use the circuit room outwith class times to do their own circuit, skip, stretch or use the various bags.

Current Class Timetable & Prices

Monday 7pm - Abs Blaster 30mins.

Tuesday 7pm - Outdoor Circuits 60mins.

Wednesday 7pm - Abs & Legs 30mins.

Thursday 7pm - Outdoor Circuits 60mins.

Sunday Outdoor Circuit Class Coming Soon.

Prices for non-members : 30min Classes £4.00, 60min Classes £5.00, unlimited Outdoor Classes £20.00 per month. Remember full membership starts from only £30 per month with all classes included in your gym membership.
