Circuit Room

This is the new addition to our fitness studio, and we have various types of classes for both adults and juniors, members and non members. Participate in our circuit class for that all over body workout, or join the fighting fit class to punch and kick away the stress. There is the abs blaster class for those wanting to target the mid section, and for a workout with a difference there is the medicine ball class. Contact us regarding class times and costs, or the addition of new classes. You can also hire out the facility along with an instructor, for your own private class. This could be for a football team for example.
